Every Wednesday from 1 June until 13 July, 24 August and closing night on August 31, returns this year the summer festival association LaRoseNoire. The year 2017, the fourteenth is dedicated to the Via Emilia.

The Borlengo is a dish whose origins are lost in history and traditions of a rather restricted area of the Modena Apennines .

The Borlengo is obtained by boiling a liquid glue ( made with water, flour, eggs and salt) in a special pan called the sun or ruola .
Once cooked Borlengo has the consistency of a very thin and friable and is seasoned with cunza ( a pesto bacon, lard, garlic and rosemary) , a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and then folded into quarters and served to be eaten still very hot .
A Guiglia , in May, is held for more than 40 years, the Festival of Borlengo , to nurture and pass on the culture of borlengo , a real gastronomic celebration Borlengo , the ancient indigenous local flavor . In the context of the event, to pass on the tradition , will be held the International School of Borlengo always rich holdings .

On 14-15 June 2017, in Crevalcore (BO), relive history. Artisans and merchants, peasants armed and will give life to the middle ages in between 1380 and 1410.
